Liquor decanter with spherical body and long cylindrical neck. Inspired by English decanters. They were introduced in La Granja in the 17th century. From 1690 onwards, the transition began towards the decanter or carafe (carafe comes from the Arabic gharaffa) and its formal evolution (1690-1820). With the invention of lead glass by Ravenscroft they became more transparent.
