Data Protection

For the purposes of the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, through this Privacy Policy, the Fundación Centro Nacional del Vidrio F.S.P. (hereinafter, the "FCNV") informs users (hereinafter, the "Users"), who access the Electronic Commerce Platform (www.tiendarfc.com) (hereinafter, the "Web Platform") about their personal data protection policy, so that they can freely and voluntarily determine whether they wish to provide the FCNV with the personal data that may be required of them or that may be obtained on the occasion of their access and use of the Web Platform.

The only personal data to which the FCNV will have access through the Web Platform will be those that the User provides voluntarily, as well as those collected through installed Cookies and whose Cookies Policy you can consult in section 1.4 of this Privacy Policy.

1. Processing of personal data provided through the Web Platform

The FCNV, based at Paseo del Pocillo, 1, in San Ildefonso (Segovia), informs the User that the data that the User may provide through the Web Platform will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by the FCNV .

The purposes of data processing will vary depending on the section of the Web Platform in which you provide your data. Therefore, we recommend that Users carefully read the content of the data protection clause when providing their data.

In the event that the User provides through their comments data on ideology, beliefs, religion, union affiliation, health, sexual life or racial origin, which are not requested in any case by means of this section by the FCNV, Acceptance and consent for the sending of said information implies, and so declares the owner of said data, an express consent for the treatment by the FCNV of said data.

Commercial communications

The FCNV may send offers or advertising and promotional communications about products through the We Platform, electronically to your email address or through another equivalent electronic means of communication, to those Users who have expressly granted their consent.

In this sense, the User gives his express consent for the receipt of said communications through these means.

The FCNV informs the User that they may unsubscribe from this type of communication by communicating it in writing to the email address rfc@realfabricadecristales.es.

2. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition

The User does not directly provide this information. This is automatically collected as a means of supporting your visit to the Web Platform.

The FCNV excludes any responsibility for the content and accuracy of third-party cookie policies.
